More time for your shop.

We set up your Uber Eats shop and keep it up to date. We also take customer calls and reply to new reviews. Your range, prices and merchant account stay in your hands.

Talk about your shop

Your Uber Eats shop.

We set it up, maintain the catalogue and coordinate with Uber Eats. Changes go through you for approval.

We pick up.

We answer shop and order questions during agreed hours. We work with your team or Uber Eats on anything that needs further attention.

We reply.

100% of new Uber Eats reviews that can be answered. In your shop’s voice and within the agreed response time.

A shared name. Your own shop.

Your shop appears on Uber Eats under the shared hallo späti brand. The actual merchant remains visible. You still decide your range, prices, promotions and opening hours.

Your Uber Eats merchant account belongs to you. Uber Eats pays your shop directly. Roux receives only the expressly agreed manager access needed for our work; passwords are not shared.

Set it up. Keep it running.

We handle Uber Eats onboarding, prepare product descriptions and images, and keep your catalogue and opening hours current. Promotions go live only with your approval. We review the results every week.

Your team accepts orders, picks and packs them, and hands them to Uber Eats couriers. Stock and prices stay with you. During the pilot, your team handles missing items and alternatives on the tablet; stock does not automatically sync with your till.

Your listing requires Uber Eats approval. We agree its setup with you and Uber Eats. Hardware and advertising budgets are agreed separately.

Calls and reviews.

We take incoming customer calls during agreed hours. We answer approved questions about your shop and Uber Eats orders, note requests and coordinate unresolved cases with your team or Uber Eats.

We guarantee replies to 100% of new Uber Eats reviews within the agreed response time, wherever Uber Eats permits a reply through the authorised account.

Before we begin, we agree call hours, response time, approvals and how unresolved cases are handled. This includes responsibility for refund requests and goodwill decisions. You remain the seller and fulfil orders.

30 days in your own shop.

New partners begin with a paid 30-day pilot. The first pilot group is designed for three independent shops.

Your 30 days start when the agreed listing is activated. Preparation time does not count. Afterwards, we review results, workload and financial contribution together. Any continuation needs an explicit agreement; the pilot does not renew automatically.

10% including VAT.

Our fee: 10% of your actual eligible Uber payout after Uber’s fees. VAT is included in our fee. We invoice monthly, including during the pilot. Hardware and advertising are agreed separately.

Uber Eats pays you directly. Your individual partner agreement sets out which payout components count, the service scope and approvals.

Your area, agreed personally.

One hallo späti per agreed area. Our territory model uses a 5 km radius with up to 1 km of overlap at the edges. We agree the exact boundaries personally; your area is reserved when the shop agreement is signed.

The agreement covers participating hallo späti locations. It determines neither other merchants’ activity nor the actual coverage of Uber Eats. Your agreement sets the duration and any changes.

Experience from doing the work.

Roux founded Willy Wonka in South Africa. In four years, the business grew from 0 to 33 partner stores. He managed delivery platforms, store operations and marketing. That experience shapes his work for hallo späti.

These figures describe Willy Wonka in South Africa. They are not hallo späti results or a promise for your shop.
